For SB Group, a new branding and a rebranding of the careers website.
Social Brothers, 2DIGITS, and WP Brothers are part of the SB Group. Currently, the careers website follows the branding of Social Brothers.
We aim to create a unified careers website for all three labels, with job listings categorized under each label.

EXPLORE
For the careers website, we faced several challenges: how do we present this under the SB Group umbrella or create a separate careers website for each label? How do we make it clear to users that there are multiple labels, and how do we introduce them to these labels?
Initially, we planned to create a separate careers website for each label. However, we eventually decided against this due to the limited number of vacancies per label and the challenge of introducing vacancies from one label on another’s platform.

Sitemap
We decided to create one careers website under SB Group. On the homepage, we immediately introduce the three different labels to familiarize users with them. Additionally, under the “About Us” menu link, each label has its own dedicated page, and we visually indicate which label each vacancy belongs to for clarity.
Inspiration
The current careers website follows the branding of Social Brothers. For SB Group, we aimed for more of an ‘agency look.’ I opted for large headings, ample white space, and the use of bold accent colors combined with modern, minimalistic visuals to convey professionalism and creativity, key traits of an agency-style design

Branding
We have created a branding for SB Group, but we also want to visually represent the different labels. To achieve this, we use the primary colors of the labels—orange and purple—and incorporate distinct visual concepts. For example, 2DIGITS features black-and-white imagery, focusing on individuals working behind a screen, while for Social Brothers, we emphasize having a clear focus on a person in the image.
Feedback
After creating the initial high-fidelity wireframes, I sat down with the team, recruitment, and the CEO to gather feedback. We discussed which sections to keep, which ones should take priority, and determined the primary calls-to-action.
